Why do I begin each blog with beginning lyrics to a song, because Praise Is what we do. The Lord commands us to praise Him. There are many scriptures announcing the Praises that are due our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, however, my favorite one is this: “Praise ye the Lord, Praise God in His sanctuary, praise Him in the firmament of His power. Praise Him for His mighty acts, Praise him according to His excellent greatness. Let everything that hath breath Praise the Lord, Praise ye the Lord.” Psalm 150:1-2; 6
WEEKLY SPIRITUAL VITAMIN:
I have a Vitamix in my home where I make my breakfast shake with every morning, without fail, unless I am out of town. This shake has the proteins, and other ingredients that I need to sustain me basically all day, but especially until lunch. So in the natural, so in the spirit. My question to you today, what is your daily regiment that keeps you spiritually strong all day as you encounter the many challenges you might encounter? Do you pray in the morning, do you read your Word? How about putting on some worship and praise music? Jesus wants to be the center of your life and the center of your joy. Let’s practice what our Sr. Pastor taught us on Sunday. Lets RESET and get back into alignment, our journey is not over!!!
The Lord has done great things, and “I am expecting GREAT THINGS? How about you? Every day until the end of this year, say “Something great is about to happen to me now!”
