WEEKLY SPIRITUAL VITAMIN:
I Thessalonians 5:16-18, “Rejoice evermore, Pray without ceasing, In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” The key to this scripture is: This is God’s will for you, despite your affliction, rejoice, pray without ceasing and give thanks. As we embark on Thanksgiving 2023, let us be grateful that we made it. If it wasn’t for the Lord on our side, where would we be today?
We have a right to rejoice, we have a right to give Him thanks for all of the good things He has done for us. He made ways out of no ways, He healed our bodies. David said in Psalm 103: 2-4, “:Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisifieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Can I get a witness that God satisfies and fulfills our deepest longings with good things. The word “satisfies” means to be fulfilled, have plenty and to enrich. Let’s make a decision to lay claim on our heritage as Abraham believed God, knowing that we have the same covenant of BLESSINGS.
