Sr. Pastor Dr. Jacqueline R. Gates is a jewel and gift to the body of Christ. The Lord has laid his hands upon her life with power and demonstration. She is an anointed Preacher, Teacher and Prophet of God. Her gifts extend into many streams as a ministry helper. She accepted her call to the ministry in September 1998 and has given herself to the will of the Father, serving the Kingdom of God globally.
Her faith and commitment in the middle of life’s most unprecedented challenges and divine Providence transitioned her to Sr. Pastor March 25, 2020 of The Cathedral @ Miracle NY 334 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY 11550 after the loss of her beloved brother His Grace, Bishop Dr. David B. Gates, II.
Her sincerity for the kingdom and God’s people has distinguished her as a 21st century voice to be heard and respected. She possess revelatory expertise of the Scripture and the Prophetic, alongside her poise, personality, and pulpit etiquette. Affectionately called “Pastor Jackie” @ The Cathedral and “The Sweetheart of the Church” among the faith-based community.
Sr. Pastor Dr. Jacqueline R. Gates is a part of Generational Leadership. Now the third in succession after serving faithfully for over two decades as servant leader under The Cathedral @ Miracle NY’s Founder, Apostle Phyllis Young, her beloved mother and the second in succession The Late Bishop Dr. David B. Gates, II; September 1998 to present; she was officially installed Sunday, March 21, 2021 in the year of our Lord.
Sr. Pastor Dr. Jacqueline R. Gates mandate is to facilitate a multifaceted ministry that ministers to the total man: via internet and residential ministry, encompassing teaching, social media, and empowerment workshops. Her mission is The Great Commission: Matthew 28. The Lord’s hand is upon her! Many have been saved, healed, delivered, and set totally free! When asked what her purpose is, her humble reply is to be a faithful Shepherd who is committed to present God a church through service, support, and her graced spiritual gifts. To love her family: Ms. Brittney Natosha Johnson, Mrs. Ashley Michelle Crandle (Mr. AV Crandle & Avery Isaac Crandle) and Mr. Jeremiah Brian Barfield along with enjoying her predestined days on earth devoted to love and life.
